Monty managed to get the sale over the line, I felt the vendors were uninterested which made the process more challenging and frustrating. I'm sure Monty had to work 'harder' as a result. The vendors told Monty rubbish had been removed from the property which he expressed to me, but once I had moved in, copious amounts of rubbish were found under the house. I am still trying to get rid of this 2 months down the track. I don't understand having the pre-settlement inspection when power is not on at the property; surely this is the vendors responsibility, as only then can the buyer fully "inspect" the property. Also I would think it is extremely important having all keys availably when having an open home/inspections or whats the point, very frustrating. First home purchases are a big deal and many other realestate companies offer at least a card, or a cheap bottle of wine, or a cheese board as a congratulation gift. I received nothing not even a follow up phone call; I had to take the sign down and it didn't get picked up for 3 weeks. Honestly I wont use him when I sell the property in the future.

Monty was thoroughly knowledgeable about the market we were selling in and very professional through out the process. His communication was extremely clear throughout and was always available for our questions and queries. It was to our advantage that he was selling within his local area, he gave good advice about a market strategy and where to pitch a realistic selling price. We always felt that he was there representing us well throughout the process. We would highly recommend him as your agent in the knowledge that he will serve your interests when your selling your house.

We purchased a house that Monty was selling and had some issues pop up after the offer had been accepted. When we approached Monty with these issues he was open and honest and worked hard to find a solution between us the buyers and the vendors selling the house. In the end, it all worked out and we have moved into our new home. The only disappointing thing is that we have had no follow up from Monty after moving into the house we purchased from him.
