Monica sold my property in December 2020. She is an excellent communicator and has great knowledge about property market. Sale was about to fall but she managed to pull it through with her negotiating skills. At the end I am happy as a seller and I got what she promised. She had been transparent and honest throughout the deal. And of course the Agent fee is very attractive and great savings for seller. No other real estate company can match their fee. As an investor I have dealt with many other agencies in past but there is no way I am going back to them. Arizto is AAAAAA++++++ highly highly recommended. You can only win not lose with them.
