We were extremely impressed with the overall experience from start to finish. Monica was constantly in touch and discussions were frank, honest and supportive and we were able to get a speedy sale including negotiation - in a timely fashion. Market knowledge was generously shared (and proved accurate) and professionalism maintained throughout. I was impressed that both Monica and Gregory had no hesitation in speedy actions and reactions - and conversations and negotiations were followed up immediately - leaving all parties the confidence to be able to proceed and complete the sale.
Monica and Greg have been of great help in negotiating the price. However, the way I received my keys was not impressive, no special arrangements were done as this was our first house and we were very exited. Just a bottle of wine left in the kitchen and keys hidden under pot. I couldn’t even click pictures of receiving my keys as this day was so special and I wanted to capture my special moments. It should have been done in a much better way.
I received timely and considerate support with marketing comparable to other companies at a much better price, meaning more in my pocket!

Monica sold our property in Hamilton in July 2022 after listing early 2022. This was when the market cooled, so lots of additional effort was required around getting in touch and following up with buyers. No complaints from Monica on all the extra work required. We stayed the course and got his sold. Monica was conducting open homes even when we close to signing a deal.. so you know she's hardworking. And Monica wasn't pushy with the appraoch, listening to what we had to say and wasnted. Would be happy to work with her again.
