We were extremely impressed with the overall experience from start to finish. Monica was constantly in touch and discussions were frank, honest and supportive and we were able to get a speedy sale including negotiation - in a timely fashion. Monica and Greg have been of great help in negotiating the price. However, the way I received my keys was not impressive, no special arrangements were done as this was our first house and we were very exited. Just a bottle of wine left in the kitchen and keys hidden under pot. I couldn’t even click pictures of receiving my keys as this day was so special and I wanted to capture my special moments. It should have been done in a much better way.
