Having dealt with many agents over the years I generally refrain from writing reviews as i have found the process largely takes care of itself - however this property search and Mitch were different. What stood out for me was that I had been working with Mitch for over 2 years searching for a suitable property in Queenstown. I had specific visions around the location and type of property required. We had made offers for multiple properties over this period. Throughout this time Mitch remained absolutely committed in my search despite missing on multiple properties. Mitch was always presenting opportunities in a professional and respectful manner and always presented confidence that he would find the right property. In a market where demand outweighs supply in was comforting to have someone working for your best interests in such a manner. Mitch never once questioned or showed any judgement around my direction. He listened and adjusted with ease. Couldn't ask for any better.
