The selling of our property and investment is an important step in ones life and you will be approached by many sales persons promising more than they or the market can deliver. During our one on one sit down discussions with Misaki and Nick we as a couple were very impressed listening to their views and advice into what direction we could take selling our house. Instead of the usual "drop the price" tactic" used by some Agents when our house was taking longer to sell in the market Misaki and Nick educated us on the then current and possible future market trends, we decided to hold off taking low offers made by other Agents and waited till the right new owners for our home came to light. This information allowed us to reach a fair market value for our home. They were always available to talk over the sale at any time. The communication between Misaki, Nick and ourselves over several months was truthful and we recieved regular updates on home viewings. Reports from the Media over house pricing drops made us feel uneasy but with the true market details explained we were directed not to accept low offers as the right family will turn up, which they did. Masaki and Nick compliment each other with their individual skills and vast knowledge and experience of the Industry and Property Markets to ensure we as a seller and the new purchasers were happy with the final transaction outcome. Knowing how to present your home to new purchasers and the extra effort helping us achieve this was well above what we would have expected from an Agent. Our property search for a family home began along time before we met Misaki.
