Misaki is exceptionally trust worthy. Very knowledgeable of the building code. I've been in the building trade for 10 plus years and she always surprises me with her knowledge. I purchased my first home through Misaki, she also sold that home for me in a challenging market. And helped me and my partner secure our current home. Can fully trust her and she has great ideas and visions.
She was very easy to deal with, I heard some people feel harassed by the vendors REA which I didn't find at all. She was helpful communicating with the vendor and provided a positive experience overall. My questions were answered fast and efficiently so we didn't feel in the dark about anything. Also very upfront and transparent. We would recommend.
Misaki was a pleasure to work with when we sold our house. She was able to make suggestions preparing the house ready for open homes. She is a very good communicator and she listened to our comments and was totally professional at all times. We would recommend her to others based on our experience.
Misaki is very experienced, hard-working, likeable, trustworthy, honest, reliable, and knowledgeable. We highly recommend the team for anyone looking to sell or buy their home.
