As a buyer you don’t get to choose who you work with but if I did have the choice I would have definitely chosen Misaki. Misaki was super communicative. extremely efficient and knowledgeable and made the entire buying process smooth and stress-free. After having successfully purchased a new home back in June/July of 2023 with the assistance of both Nic Ebert & Misaki Oshiro, it was time to put our old home on the market, and had no hesitation in having both Nic and Misaki represent us to handle both the marketing and eventual sale. While the property was in an awesome location, the house sitting on the land was less than desirable due to being in need of some considerable maintenance work and modernization. Misaki is one of a kind. She spent many months working with us while we live overseas. She goes above & beyond! Working after hours, days off etc if needed. We made contact with Misaki at Harcourts regarding viewing a property over in Torbay. We mentioned that we were without our own transport and asked if she would be able to collect us from our current residence in West Auckland, and take us to view it and several other properties in the area. Although this was obviously quite inconvenient for her; she did so willingly and with a smile. As it turned out, the properties that we viewed that day were not to our liking, but shortly after, we found another that we liked but even further away over in Gulf Harbour! Again, Misaki came to the rescue by taking us over to view it on several occasions, and after our offer for it was accepted, she was able to take us a third time for the pre-settlement inspection as well.
