After having successfully purchased a new home back in June/July of 2023 with the assistance of both Nic Ebert & Misaki Oshiro, it was time to put our old home on the market, and had no hesitation in having both Nic and Misaki represent us to handle both the marketing and eventual sale. While the property was in an awesome location, the house sitting on the land was less than desirable due to being in need of some considerable maintenance work and modernization. Despite this, they agreed to take it on and were confident from the start of being able to secure a good price for it. While we initially got a couple of false starts from time wasters, we did eventually receive an offer for the property that in the end we were more than happy to accept, which was miraculous given the condition of the house itself. Both Nic and Misaki kept us informed every step of the way with regular updates and reports which was also very much appreciated. Misaki is one of a kind. She spent many months working with us while we live overseas. She goes above & beyond! Working after hours, days off etc if needed. She worked tirelessly to secure a home that was perfect for our family, while being open & honest about the many houses we looked at. She developed a great relationship with my mum who hired priories in our behalf, of which she will also agree with how professional she is.. which can be hard to find in this industry.
