Milly did a great job marketing our house in terms of getting lots of people through and creating excellent demand for the auction. She dealt with a few problems (LIM etc) we had along the way with ease and was always positive in her communications with us. We liked it how she wasn't over the top, gave us enough time to tidy up before showing people through and was always available to talk. We would not hesitate to use her again (hopefully not for a while!) and would recommend her to our friends and family. If anything, she could possibly talk things up a bit more and rely on her experience to confidently say how she sees the market. Although I realize that there are industry compliance restrictions around this. We would also like to acknowledge our auctioneer, Austin Harris, who did a great job in setting the scene pre-auction then executed the process as we had discussed.
