I've sometimes had difficulty keeping up with her telephoned information as she has to impart so much information and talks a little too quickly! But she has been very patient with me. I've rated her 4 stars instead of 5 only because neither she nor I knew about the 'Non-revocation' form for EPoA which apparently has to go with a signed contract.
