Sale of the house was quite a long and complex process and she always gave me the impression that everything was under control and that she knew what to do next. Complexities: -Owner residing in the US -Property owned by a trust - but not an ordinary one - somewhat complex ownership structure. We are living abroad at the moment and Milly made the whole process of selling from afar as simple as possible, calling us and responding to emails out of working hours, creating electronic documents to sign when we couldn't easily print and sign etc. She also kept us informed regularly about what was happening and dealt with the tenants in the properties very well which resulted in them allowing coordinated open homes and presenting the properties well. The marketing of our properties was also very successful and resulted in a high number of competitive tenders being submitted.
