Sale of the house was quite a long and complex process and she always gave me the impression that everything was under control and that she knew what to do next. Complexities: -Owner residing in the US -Property owned by a trust - but not an ordinary one - somewhat complex ownership structure. The eventual buyer's entity was also a trust. -Was for sale during the big storm of 2023.
