Mike Procter

Mike kept us up to date with progress as the marketing and sale progressed. He did not badger us for no reason and also did not pressure us to settle on a price that was not determined by us, ie we were in control of price. Mike is someone that has experience and can read the market and can identify the strategies require to gain interest in your property. There was amalgimation within the company that he works for but that did not effect his focus or dedication to us as clients. We are happy to recommend him to others.

Mike was awesome, he gave me good honest advice. Usually when dealing with sales people you have to be on your guard but I never felt like that with Mike. His aim and motivation was always in my best interest as opposed to getting the sale done. I highly recommend him and will definitely use him for my next sale. 😊

We recently purchased 43 Pah Rd and wish to share what an absolute pleasure it has been working with Mike Procter throughout the process. Mike has been upfront, responsive, efficient and accommodating. What really stood out, though, was his generosity and kindness after the auction. I made a light-hearted joke about lunch if we came to the auction, and to our surprise, Mike gave us flowers, bubbles, and a sizeable lunch budget. Presumably out of his own pocket. It was completely unexpected and above and beyond anything we've experienced with any other agent. That thoughtful gesture gave us an even better feeling about the property and turned the whole experience into something memorable. We’d absolutely recommend Mike as a realtor and wanted to let you know what a genuine credit and asset we feel he is to your team.
