The level of service that i have experienced from Mike and his team has been extroardinary. As a foreigner being on another continent and needing an agent that i can trust, the return and the high level of integrity maintained is something that i will remember. We listed our property mid January 2022 with the expectation that it would sell within a few weeks. Unfortunately Jacinda and her band of gangster supporting highwaymen, who's sole purpose in life appears to be the destruction of the hard working Kiwi family, decided to cripple the housing market by wiping out 80% of potential buyers overnight. Needless to say this significantly delayed our sale and also meant that a sizeable potential profit margin was wiped out to boot.... maybe this formed part of the $2.8m gifted to those same gangsters that enjoy the support of the aforementioned highwaymen..... Anyway... whilst contemplating how i might commit suicide there was a voice of reason that kept coming through.... it belonged to Mike Goatley and this is what kept me sane over the following 4 months. I will be eternally grateful to Mike for his reason, his dedication and his knowledge which always provided a new perspective and gave us the strength to keep going. This is the second time we have engaged Mike in the sale of a property. The first time was a straightforward matter in which there were no issues. The second time was different.
