Having sold houses before and being disappointed with nearly all previous agencies, this time we interviewed five different agents to find the best. There is a difference between a marketer and a seller. The interviews ranged from the pompus to the disinterested. Mike was the immediate standout who was both knowledgeable and relaxed. I am happy to say that throughout, Mike exhibited a masterful display of knowledge and strategy to have numerous offers presented in a collapsing market. Having the knowledge that we would have another multi offer if needed relieved much anxiety on our part. Mike simply secured a sale in what was an extremely difficult market for sellers.
