She had great current info on the state of the market, the various I'll strategies for advertising the property, and how we might present the property at its best. She was always available to talk about progress, and gave a very detailed weekly update about buyer interest and responses, and her work on our behalf. She was unfailingly patient with us when, as the organisation selling, out internal lines of communication were not as clear as they should have been. Michelle is a cheerful, professional, and knowledgeable agent. She worked hard for us, and got us a good sale. Highly recommended.
