We purchased some land in a great location. Information was provided but some questions around services was unclear. They were answered and we progressed with negotiations. The tall poppy process was quiet different to a standard negotiation process which I found frustrating with the speed of this. The deal was done and the land was purchased. I am still waiting on some land contact information and an update on something that was suppose to be acheived prior to settlement. The gift was a good thought and received with thanks.Room for improvement and knowledge which would help with more sales and client experience.
