I was disappointed with the service I had from Michelle. When I did shift in the house was in a worse state than I first realized and I feel, as I did at the time that it was overpriced. It has cost me a lot of money already, even though I have lived here for a month. I will do it up and live in it. The advertising material was old judging by the high of the shrubs in the garden on sale compared with the height of then in the photos. The wording of the ad said that no reasonable offer will be turned down. The price had been established with the vender and there was no room for negotiation.
