We found Michelle on time with open homes and got to know the property well so she could bring prospective buyers up to speed. Michelle was very professional in all here dealings with us and we got a higher price than was expected. Michelle communicated with us by email and phone every time there was some action which was very much appreciated. Well done Michelle.

I was disappointed with the service I had from Michelle. When I did shift in the house was in a worse state than I first realized and I feel, as I did at the time that it was overpriced. It has cost me a lot of money already, even though I have lived here for a month. I will do it up and live in it. The advertising material was old judging by the high of the shrubs in the garden on sale compared with the height of then in the photos. The wording of the ad said that no reasonable offer will be turned down. The price had been established with the vender and there was no room for negotiation.

Michelle achieved a satisfactory result in a difficult market.

When we went to sign up with Tall Poppy we had another agent in mind, who was unavailable at the time and recommended Michelle. We are not disappointed in the least. Michelle was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and provided us with regular updates both by phone and electronically. She achieved a sale for us in less than 3 months in a falling market and at a price we couldn't have been happier with. I have no hesitation in recommending Michelle and Tall Poppy if you are looking for good, honest representation of your property.

We found Michelle to be an excellent agent to deal with regard to the successful purchase of our property. Michelle was excellent to deal with, always accessible and available to give advice and provided clear explanation of the purchase process. Michelle is a very knowledgeable agent and this includes familiarity with the local area. We credit Michelle with the successful negotiations with the vendor and therefore completely satisfying our property purchase needs. Michelle has excellent communications skills and we always received timely and accurate information and documents. We recommend Michelle to you without reservation.

Michelle sold our original house 5 years ago for us when we moved out of the area. When we were moving back we didnt hesitate in contacting Michelle again and she knew what we were looking for found an ideal house which is just perfect and we purchased that through Michelle.

We are most pleased with Michelle's efforts to sell our property! Very pleased with her ability to follow up on interested buyers and to bring offers to the table. We would and have recommended Michelle to others. It's been a great outcome.

Michelle was awesome! We engaged her in late 2021 and right away she was as enthusiastic as we were to sell the house. The products used in the promotion of the house sale were of a superb quality and included a video and 3D design as well as a number of great quality pictures. Throughout the engagement Michelle was open, honest and very reliable, always arriving in plenty of time for open homes and followed up on leads wherever they presented themselves. Michelle was more than an agent to us, she became a friend and we thank her for her hard work and effort that ultimately resulted in our house being sold. We would definitely use her again given the opportunity and highly recommend her.

Michelle was great, made the purchase of our new house very easy. Great to work with!

Michelle was awesome from the moment we met her. She made us relaxed and the process flowed from there. She listened to our needs and was clever and creative in the way she marketed our house. Highly professional , very accommodating and extremely professional. Would highly recommend.

Michelle was excellent throughout the whole process, I would recommend her to others wishing to sell.

It was just a pleasure working with Michelle. She has great experience and supported us all the way, giving sound advice during the open homes and purchase time frame. We would recommend her and Tall Poppy all the way. Great service thanks!
