After meeting up round the property, Mel produced an appraisal report advising on the best method of sale, likely price range, and estimated time on the market. We signed on with Mel, and she then organized the advertising, staging, photography, and timelines, all very efficiently. The reno work took a bit longer than expected, and Mel's advice in delaying the campaign until after Easter was invaluable, as was her take on whether to go ahead with the campaign given the recent crisis in the Strait of Hormuz. When the advert went live, we were very happy not only with the quality of the pictures, but also Mel's video of the home - it was excellent. With the property having sold successfully pre-auction, we cannot recommend Mel highly enough for her warm, professional manner and advice during the campaign.
