Max is very approachable. In the initial assessment he was honest without being judgemental and throughout the process was supportive and responsive. He gave clear guidance for work to be done prior to the first open homes and he presented our home positively to each potential purchaser. His marketing package, particularly the video, was excellent. At all times he went above and beyond expected to ensure we had a good experience in this stressful process. Overall, Max is a talented salesperson and a thoroughly nice man. We highly recommend this seller to be your agent for your next sale. We would also like to mention Bridgette, who was our auctioneer and starred in the video with Max. She is extremely skilled, also friendly and inspired confidence in us to gain an excellent result on the day.
