Patience of a Saint

We first met Max John at an open home he was holding for another colleague. We were possibly only window shopping at the time but he projected a warming professional attitude and was very comfortable to talk with. Months later when we thought it was time to sell my house, we had kept Max John in mind and thought he would be a good option to sell with. Great choice actually. We weren’t ready to sell as it seemed. Max John steered us in the right direction though. With good advice and recommendations, we finally got it ready for sale. 9 months passed from our original meeting on selling the house, no pressure, just advice and support. There was one more hurdle to overcome. We had bought a new home in that time. With the old home void of any furnishings, Max John stepped up to the plate. Max John devised a sale plan, staged the house for us and put it to market on a deadline sale. The house looked great. Through Max John’s efforts and support, we achieved a very successful sale.
