If you're looking to sell your home with the least amount of stress, hype and fuss then Max is the person to deal with. Max is breaking that vision of Real Estate people being the same as a used car salesperson. You can be straight-up and honest with him. If I had to find something negative, Max likes to get all the boxes ticked, if he needs to receive something from you to do that, he'll be inclined to bug you till he gets it then carries on a happy little camper but we expect him to have everything sorted and he did. One week after signing up with Max he was wanting an appointment to present offers - Sold.
