We are happy and thankful that the property is sold. But at the same time we didn’t get the expected price. It felt like knowing market and sales experience correct guidance was not provided. Money spent on marketing and staging could have been wiser. Everything in the end went on price. I didn’t get a feeling ever that Matt were our agents and they went back to buyer and convinced them property’s right worth.
