I had the pleasure to work with Lily to sell my house in Albany. She took over the sale from another agent and within two weeks was able to present two offers and sell the house for me. It is Lily's can do attitude, positive energy, hard work and expert local area (Albany) knowledge that I was most impressed with. Thank you.

Lisbeth is a wonderful communicator, with great real estate skills. Who engendered our complete trust in her. We couldn’t have had a better person to help us through this stressful time in leaving our beloved haven of many years. She always kept us up to date with what was happening and made sure we understood and were happy with it. All in all a very special person, who went way beyond our expectations.

There was little effort made to actively market our property. Numerous interested buyers had attended with varying motivations. While most people appreciated the property, factors such as affordability and job security concerns in the current market influenced their decisions. Helen managed the process in a methodical and professional manner. We received weekly updates regarding social media activity and client feedback. Our goal was to sell the property and move to Australia, which we successfully achieved. The market is currently underperforming, so achieving a price near the CV is a positive outcome. Government policies are aiming to lower house prices, meaning the longer we delay the sale, the less we are likely to receive. Barfoot & Thompson’s Property Credit option, designed to help with marketing and staging expenses, can be somewhat onerous. Property Credit involves placing a second mortgage on the property, which may give potential buyers the impression of a forced sale, possibly resulting in a lower sale price. Overall, we are very pleased with our experience working with the sales team. Many thanks again to Helen Fu and Yin Yin.
