Matt produced a great deal on our house and then had to try and list and sell the buyers house. The deal was extended and the third party buyer came from overseas, adding complication to the deal. When the buyer was found (and rather quickly) Matt put on his negotiating skills and helped me as the Seller and the Buyer come to a meeting of the minds to sign the Sale & Purchase Agreement and a subsequent successful sale. Post the sale a month ago Matt has maintained communications with me and displayed his care for his clients.
