His early career in hospitality included executive roles before launching the award-winning Garrison Public House at Sylvia Park. He went on to develop and manage high-profile venues including Pilkingtons, Cleaver and Co, Northern Union, and The Good Home. He also has extensive experience with large-scale greenfield developments, working alongside architects, developers, and consultants. This hands-on involvement gives Matt a unique ability to see opportunities and navigate complex property scenarios. Now focused on residential sales, Matt is known for his sharp business acumen, approachable style, and genuine commitment to delivering results. Outside of real estate, he prioritises family time with his two children and enjoys the ocean—whether it’s surfing, scuba diving, or paddle boarding.
