Mary Turnbull

You genuinely can’t get a better team than Mary and Jenny. From start to finish, their communication was exceptional! Professional, honest, direct and always kind. Mary’s experience and knowledge of the market really shines through, and it was incredibly reassuring to feel we were in such capable hands. We trusted their advice and the decisions being made throughout the campaign. The result was exceptional and a real reflection of their strategic approach, from choosing the right time to go to market through to how the property was positioned and marketed. The outcome was an outstanding result! I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Mary was incredibly supportive, encouraging, and generous, providing regular communication and thoughtful feedback while working tirelessly to sell our home - always keeping our best interests at heart.

As discussed above in review title

We had the pleasure of working with Mary Turnball over a five-month search to find our new home, and we couldn't have asked for better support throughout the process. Mary was proactive in identifying suitable properties, arranging viewings, and patiently guiding us as we refined what we were looking for. What really set Mary apart was her knowledge of the local market and her expertise in the auction process. She provided realistic insights into likely auction values, which gave us confidence when deciding how far we were prepared to go. On auction day, her experience, calm guidance, and bidding strategy were invaluable. Thanks to Mary's, we were able to secure the property we wanted at a price we were comfortable with.

The feedback was always thorough and prompt, with attention to detail

"Mary ... wow ! Watch out ! Before you know it, Mary will seamlessly step right in and sell your house from under your feet. With her lovely calm, professional manner and absolute confidence in what she does, you'll go from a "For Sale" sign to a "Sold" sign in no time. Mary, backed by the excellent co-ordination and communication from the Harcourts Gold team, have delivered a result, way above our expectations ! We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them, but only if you want the best !
