Buying our first home was one of the most exciting but stressful experiences we've ever been through. We were under significant pressure, needing to vacate our rental property within 90 days, and finding the right home while navigating negotiations felt overwhelming at times. Marty was very professional and responsive, able to be supportive even at short notice. He's got a very good depth of market knowledge and was very approachable. His negotiation style was fair to both parties, including being very respectful of the buying side.
