I would like to say a big thank you to Mark for helping us to find our dream home. After we tell him what criteria of the house we are after, he always sends us listings that suit our need, organise viewings for us. He would show us 3-4 houses at once, we found this is very efficient as it saves a lot of our time, we don’t need to run around trying to go to different open homes on weekends. He also showed us the auction results of similar houses we might be interested in, to keep us informed. He helped us to negotiate the price after we found a house we liked, we were very happy with the final price. I sincerely recommend Mark to all my friends in the future!
