Mark communicated with us throughout the process, advising and liaising with us about the best selling option and then keeping us up-to-date with open days and buyer interest. On auction day a team effort between Mark, his boss Harvey and the auctioneer managed to raise the price to an almost acceptable figure - and then further negotiation after the property being passed in got us to a price we were happy with.
