I recently bought a property with Mark and I sincerely thank him for it. Mark has helped me throughout the entire buying process and made it easy. I am a first home buyer, so many unknowns to me and Mark is always there to answer any questions I had either at 9am or 10.30pm. After we saw some houses, I found a house I really liked, and then Mark helped me to negotiate for a very good price, I am very happy about it. After the contract became unconditional Mark gave me a list of things to prepare before settlement, like open telecom/power account, arrange insurance etc. One week before settlement Mark organized a final inspection, there were few things needed to be fixed, he was in constant contact with the selling agent to make sure it’s all sorted before I take possession.
