Mark Phillips from the start of the process was very helpful with advice on the marketing and process for selling. The property took a while to sell but this was no reflection on Mark. It was due to the ever changing real estate market in Wellington region with prices constantly reducing. The two rental apartment house had on average, a regular 2-6 groups through at every Open Home, that were held each week. It was only due to Mark's perseverance, his attitude and advice that finally saw a sale.

Mark has excellent communication skills, always positive, and frequently making me feel that selling my house was a priority, even when I knew that he was working for a good number of other vendors.
