Mark is a friendly and genuine salesman with a great knowledge of the local market. He is reliable and was excellent at reporting to me what was happening with possible buyers throughout the process. He made my selling journey positive and stress free and was always very approachable. Thankyou Mark

Mark was very pleasant and easy to deal with. His communication through out the whole experience was outstanding and I would highly recommend him.

Mark Francis was a fantastic agent. As this was our first time putting our home on the market, Mark made sure we understood every aspect of what this entailed and was very clear in his communication and kept us informed at every step of the process. He gave us great advice on preparing the property for market and we ended up in a multi-offer situation and were very happy with the outcome. We highly recommend Mark and his team and have already done so within our group of friends.

I am grateful to see a precisely placed sold sign on a Tremain's billboard at my property. The plan for me was to sell my house this year. At the end of March Covid-19 coincided and I put my plans on hold. During the lock down Mark Francis my neighbour persuaded me to remarket with him. So glad of his perseverance. Mark has been professional, respectful, and supportive during the process. Thanks also to his partner Yvette ,who has been involved, with kindly input. Over the selling period Mark dealt with personal loss, yet he ensured the selling period ran smoothly. Looking to the future, l appreciate Marks informative guidance.

We will be using Mark again in the future and highly recommend him to anyone selling their home.

Mark was excellent in helping us prep our house for sale, and when the time came to put it on the market all his advice and knowledge ensured that we were ready on go live day. He was very attentive to any of our queries, provided feedback after every open home and was always available if we needed to ask anything. His whole team was very supportive from start to finish which was greatly appreciated. Mark is a very friendly & honest agent & we'll be sure to recommend him to anyone looking to sell their home or purchase a home through Mark at Tremains.
