It's simple really. She is truly the best Property specialist I have ever dealt with. Her knowledge, professionalism, enthusiasm, and heart is second to none. It's been a very smooth and positive experience for me. She's an absolute gem.

Madelon was informative, friendly, personably pragmatic and easy to deal with.

Communication was easy and efficient. Follow up after purchase was really good too. Very friendly and personable :)

This was not my first experience with with Madelon as my Real Estate Agent. Once again Madelon proved that she was the right choice and did a fantastic job with the sale of my Dads home. Three times I have used Madelon (twice I've used other agents) and without a doubt Madelon is the real deal. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Madelon and as I said, Madelon gets the job done for both vendor and purchaser.
