Madelon is something of a much-loved Dunedin real estate institution who holds a wealth of market expertise and local knowledge. This is why I chose her to sell my unique historical family home, which didn't really fit into any of the generic property categories. As a nervous first-time seller, Madelon was warm, patient and empathetic. At no point did she make me feel rushed and she was always available. Her projections were realistic, she provided excellent data throughout the process, and when the time was right we achieved a quick and painless sale with a very good result. Highly recommended.

In a Dunedin market under significant downward pressure, Madelon achieved an excellent result by finding a buyer within just ten days of my Doon Street, Vauxhall property going on the market, with the Sale Agreement going unconditional only four days later.
