Mads was always happy to help and just as excited as I was when the sale came through. She answered all my questions and was my advocate as well as the vendors, I would highly recommend her services!

Madeline is very very knowledgeable! She went above and beyond by giving us fantastic advice on some low cost, cosmetic improvements we could make which helped how the house presented. She was always very prompt in communication and a pleasure to deal with. We are absolutely thrilled with the result she got for us!!!

Madelon understood our needs and was always there for us as an advisor and friend throughout the sales process. Her creative ability to best present our property made the sale run quickly and smoothly.

Very pleasant to deal with. Knows her subject very well

Excellent! Couldn’t have been better. Made the experience a breeze for me.

Madelon is great. Nothing is a bother to her. She goes above and beyond with her service.

We loved working with Madelon from Ray White in Dunedin. As soon as we viewed the house, which was to become our home, we knew it was the right place for us. We were relocating from the North Island to Dunedin and Madelon which was a big job. She was polite, communicative, understanding, and honest which made moving south that much easier. We would be more than happy to work with Madelon again in the future and recommend her to anyone interested in purchasing in the Dunedin market. Heath & Elizabeth

As a buyer we were through a lot trying to locate the right home for us. Then we met Madelon. Within 48 hours we had our dream home. She is straight forward, funny, kind and gets results.

Professional, on time, thorough. Excellent exchange of information.

Brilliant service from Madelon she went above & beyond to help sell my parents home a great job

Madelon was an amazing agent who pulled out all stops to get a good result working for our parents wishes

My wife and I found Ray White agents to be extremely helpful with the sale of our property. Madelon was very pleasant and seem to really care. Should we need an agent in the future we will use Ray White Agency again. Highly Recommended.
