They kept us informed of developments at every stage and had a good handle of what was going on from all angles. They are friendly and relaxed but also understand that this is a big step for the vendors and purchasers and were sensitive to this. I so enjoyed working with Lydia and Dan. Having the 2 of them was a great idea. I felt I was in good hands from the very beginning. Also, both communicated with me in a timely manner. Marketing is vey important and I felt comfortable with both Lydia and Dan explaining the pros and cons. Seemed like a lot at first but in looking back it was money well spent.
