Luke met most of our family as they came for viewings at separate times, and after their positive reports, I was the last to see through. We all decided that it "ticked so many boxes" that we should get a builder's report and Luke obligingly unlocked for the inspector and waited there for two hours. As to the auction, Luke arranged parking for us in Fort St and escorted us to the Auction Rooms without having to use steps (it was only 15 days since I had a hip replacement operation). We were successful at auction. Luke introduced us to the vendor and guided us through the signing process, setting us at ease at all times.
