Each week he provided a detailed report outlining what had been happening, including how many people had viewed the property both in person and online (such as on Trade Me). We really appreciated always being kept informed. Luke also made sure to let us know whenever he was bringing someone through to view the property. He was always available to answer our questions and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Luke is genuine, honest, very friendly and approachable, with a great sense of humour that helped make the whole process feel much less stressful.
