This is the second property where Lucy has acted as our selling agent in the last five years and we can't recommend her highly enough. She knows her local area thoroughly, is highly professional and tenacious and was obviously motivated in achieving the best possible outcome for us. She is very pleasant to work with and her many years of industry experience add real value to the agent/client relationship.
Lucy is a truly professional lady with tons of experience and thorough knowledge of the market. Due to all these qualities we could able to achieve the desired result for our property even in these tough conditions of downturn property ladder. She always go one step ahead and give personal touch to allocated property. That’s why she is a leader in the property market.
We had a wonderful experience trusting Lucy with the sale of our house. Lucy is very professional and has a great business approach to real estate which we valued highly. The information she provided to us was up to date, well researched and evidence-based, and she demonstrated having a deep knowledge of the market. Lucy works really hard, replied to our emails and messages very promptly and always followed up with us, ensuring we had all the information available to make the best decision. Lucy did a great marketing job with our place and we had it sold! Now we continue working with Lucy to buy our next property and surely we will continue working with her in the future.
Thank you so much Lucy for helping us to sell our lovely family home. Your expertise was invaluable as you put us on the right track towards displaying and correcting any faults that may have harbored the sale, all the effort was worth it, thanks for being there for us.
Her market knowledge, as far as we could see, is wide and very up to date. We were very impressed with her communication and her focus on the job, which we really appreciated. Her professionalism and integrity were a pleasure to deal with. We would not hesitate to recommend Lucy
I found Lucy a very friendly and professional an excellent agent. Very helpful and pleasant.
We met Lucy some years ago for an appraisal of our property but didn't proceed at that time. She kept in touch and when it came time to sell she was the first and only person we contacted as we were so impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. She talked us through the process and what the best option was for us. We had regular updates through the sale process and she made everything run very smoothly. We were very happy with the price achieved and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone wanting a similar experience.
Lucy was excellent to deal with when we brought our first home. She was very helpful and when we had issues with the house post sale she followed up and did her absolute best to help our situation. Thanks Lucy!
Lucy has been around my area (Pakuranga) for at least 10 years and in that time consistently updated me with sales in the area, and twice gave me a valuation on my property, which I eventually had her market for me. Unlike other agents in the area, she was always in regular contact, building a good relationship with me as a potential future client. Before I had Lucy act as my agent, she made time for me to visit her for 1~2 hours for discussion, regarding potential for the property. All of this counts a great deal in the eyes of the customer, therefore it seemed obvious to contact Lucy when it came time to sell. One other very notable point with Lucy was that she almost ALWAYS picked up her phone to take my call. Many other agents could learn from this, as speaking to the agent is far better than speaking to their answerphone. Good work Lucy.
Lucy has a through knowledge of the market and is very professional. The house was on the market for for 4 weeks, 3 open homes and an auction onsite on the 4th week. There were 4 bidders on auction day and sale price exceeded our expectations. Lucy sold my fathers house 8 years ago and we were so impressed we used her again to sell our home. We would recommend Lucy and Barfoot and Thompson to anyone considering selling their house in the Howick and Pakuranga area.
From the moment we engaged Lucy to sell our property she has excelled in so many ways. These can best be expressed as follows: 1. Provided us with marketing responses regularly. 2. Gave us guidance and patience in dealing with the whole process via the internet. 3. Negotiated with the tenants form both residences to get the best presentation possible to gain the best reward. 4, Extra effort in reaching out to other Real Estate Branches to get the greatest market exposure. 5. Communication in keeping us informed throughout the whole process has been outstanding.
Lucy gave 120% of herself, always going out of her way to make sure we were fully informed of every step during our sale, we felt at easy with her honest and trusted her integrity. We will recommend her to anyone we know who would sale or buy there home.
