Lucy was very professional in all her dealings. Advised me with price, marketing and every single detail throughout the whole process. Her advice and experience was second to none as she guided me through the steps. She made the whole experience easy. Excellent knowledge of the market and the selling process. Would use again in a heartbeat.
Lucy always impressed with her market knowledge, experience and professionalism. She was prompt with communication and always responded helpfully to our questions and comments.
Lucy and Vladimir, you came to us via recommendations from friends, what an amazing team you are, our thanks to you for a successful sale of our beautiful home, the time, commitment and enthusiasm you put into the sale of our property can only be rated as superb, we will definitely be recommending you to ALL our friends, really... anyone who will listen to us!!! -
Lucy guided me through this process and made everything easy. Where I had gaps in my knowledge she supported me through this. Her video of the property was excellent and gave a good start to the campaign. Sale was passed in at auction, but achieved a success in sale which was the intended outcome.
We had thought of selling and spoke to different agents. Lucy stood out with her knowledge and ability to "think outside the box" and come up with solutions to various issues (real or imaginary !). She has been an amazing guide and I am sure we could not have achieved our sale and price with any other agent. I highly recommend Lucy to a buyer/seller of property, she really is an important ally to have when selling your home.
Lucy has a very good experience on the field, knows about daily changes in the market. A very good communicator with the seller and comforting the customer with high professional advices.
Great agent, knows the market well most importantly listens to her clients and understands what there goals are to work with them.
Lucy and Vlad went above and beyond professionally and personally to give us the result we desired. Communication was excellent from the get go.. Lucy is honest and trustworthy and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone wanting to sell! Thanks so much we are forever grateful! You made a very stressful situation so much better! We would only ever chose you again! Thanks team x
I found Lucy to have excellent communication skills. We were always kept up to date with what was happening. Her background research and presentation on my mother's property was very good, providing all the necessary documentation, history, groundwork services, and also what the prospective purchaser would be able to do going forward. Her and the photographer were very good, even to the drone footage showing the proximity to schools, shops, etc.
Excellent communication and personal skills. Acted in a very professional manner in all dealings. Sold house in a falling market and still managed a good result
Lucy Bondarenko is a highly professional, knowledgeable and driven sales agent. She has been very open and transparent throughout the selling process. Answering questions and providing advice fast and efficiently. It has been a pleasure working with her for the selling of my home, which brought a great result! I would recommend Lucy to anyone thinking off selling.
