Lou was professional from the start. She provided guidance and gave us some homework to do to prepare our house for sale. When the time came to get the house ready for sale, she was direct, concise and targeted with what we needed to do. She also kept us informed of the process, and what she would be doing on her end. This meant that when the time came, we were ready and prepared for when the house went to market. This led to a quick sale with a great result. We believe we could not achieve a better outcome without Lou.
