Matt caught our hearts from the second we met him. He was not intimidating compared to few others but rather so welcoming to view the house. His fun & vibrant vibe made us love to buy the property even more cause he just know so much not only about the house but the community in it. He is prompt to respond and made sure we got our queries answered without us second guessing. We think his strong asset is his straight forward communication skills.
