I saw Lisa had sold properties in my area and they had achieved great prices at auction. I thought I would add her to the mix when I started meeting agents to sell my own property. As a creature of habit I was going to use my previous agent as we had formed a good working relationship but the draw card of Lisa knowing the area was a factor I couldn’t ignore. I was instantly relaxed on meeting Lisa and Ronald her Co agent and that was an impression I knew buyers would feel when they came through the open homes.
