Lenny made selling my house a hassle free, painless event. He worked with my time-frame and understood my personal situation. He handled everything with humanity and compassion and not only gave me the highest quote for an expected sale, he exceeded it beyond my wildest dreams. The fact that I knew exactly what my expected outgoings from the sale would be due to his locked in price, made everything so much easier to deal with. And to top it off, he also assisted in moving my belongings into storage once the sale had gone through at a much cheaper price than a moving company.
