Her Vendor's Reports were also very helpful. However, at the crucial time when the offer was presented we felt there was undue pressure to rush the decision as we were not allowed the time we had requested to talk together as a family. This negatively impacted on the final price we got for the house and this, combined with the downturn in the market meant the final result although we accepted it, was disappointing.
