Since the first time we went to view the property she was super informed about the house and knew all the details, she was bubbly and kind which helps when deciding to put in an offer. She cared about all the small things even helping us to vision TV placement and baskets for storage, she also met up with us especially so we could put the sold sign on and take photo (as first home buyers it was nice to capture a memory of this milestone), for pre-inspection Layen was there with bells on and everything ready to go for us. Every moment from the beginning of the marketing, I felt very easy and comfortable with Layne and Katie's well organized supporting including nice presentation, every detailed advises for selling and even physical helping for gardening...etc. It was a bit longer journey until getting sold the house compare to my expectation, however, fortunately I've got so positive and confident energy from them during the whole journey which means they worked very professional and wisely.
