We chose Layne because of her outstanding communication skills. She was great to work with, and we were happy with our choice at every stage. We didn't think the house would sell in these market conditions but Layne got it done. There was so much we didn't know and she answered all of our questions knowledgeably and professionally. She was so easy to talk with and fun to run through all the scenarios. We really appreciated Layne's honesty throughout the process as we made tricky decisions. We liked that she didn't sugarcoat it but was direct in her relentless optimism. It was just what we needed.

Layne was passionate about selling our property. This was not an easy sell as we did not have the best builders report to make this easy. I think most real estate agents would have only given token effort to make the sale once we found out the challenges to sell. However, Layne ran open homes every weekend over the months it took to sell. Layne also conducted private viewings during the week and even over public holidays. She 'had a nose' for interested parties, and kept in touch with them which resulted in a sale from a person who visited the property months before the sale. She worked hard for this sale and I would highly recommend Layne for anyone who is in the market to sell their property. Would highly recommend!

Layne has been excellent as a real estate agent. Since the first time we went to view the property she was super informed about the house and knew all the details, she was bubbly and kind which helps when deciding to put in an offer. She cared about all the small things even helping us to vision TV placement and baskets for storage, she also met up with us especially so we could put the sold sign on and take photo (as first home buyers it was nice to capture a memory of this milestone), for pre-inspection Layen was there with bells on and everything ready to go for us. Every moment from the beginning of the marketing, I felt very easy and comfortable with Layne and Katie's well organized supporting including nice presentation, every detailed advises for selling and even physical helping for gardening...etc. It was a bit longer journey until getting sold the house compare to my expectation, however, fortunately I've got so positive and confident energy from them during the whole journey which means they worked very professional and wisely. The communication has been so wonderful and smooth between me and them and also I've got very prompt feedback whenever I needed.
