We entrusted Kylie Churchward with the sale of our property based on previous positive experience with Professionals and her local knowledge of the area. As we are based overseas our agent would help coordinate many activities normally the responsibility of the vendor. Kylie organized many logistics from repairs, gardening, staging, cleaning and presentation. Kylie treated the property as her own, even taking on the reconnection of electricity in her own name when the tenant vacated. We were selling a house in the head winds of poor market conditions and limited appetite from buyers. However Kylie’s positive disposition meant she was always positive and resilient during the many open homes and private viewings. Kylie presented many differing offers for the property - which was important to understand the context of local market conditions. Kylie was always honest and treated both vendor and buyers with professional courtesy by outlining both the pro’s and con’s of each offer and counter offer. Whilst we may not have achieved our original aspirations in terms of sale price, what was more important is that we achieved a sale price that was aligned with the market, it was the best offer going to the buyer who shared a common vision of what the property potential could be. In summary, Kylie went ‘above and beyond’ for our family and we will always be thankful for her support. Selling a home is stressful but having the right agent who is considerate and commercial makes all the difference. Kylie is one of the nicest people we have meet and Professionals are fortunate to have an agent who is guided by her values when achieving the outcome for both vendor and buyer.
