Settling Soon!

After making enquiries about a Waikanae home listed on one of the internet property search engines, I made enquiries about the next open home. Kristina Bullen made contact, and from then onwards I had a contact person who made herself available to respond to questions and to help arrange my first (and only) visit. From then on, nothing was too trivial to enquire about, and she managed a very tight offer time-frame with professionalism and complete availability. She maintained communication throughout the rest of the process, and now I will be settling in just over a weeks time. I do not anticipate needing another Real Estate Agent again for quite some time, but would definitely not hesitate to make contact again, should that situation change.

House purchase

Kristina was a very approachable agent who provided us with everything we needed to know. She also highlighted pertinent parts of the building report which was very professional of her. We were unable to attend a presale inspection so she went out of her way to conduct one virtually. The experience was stress free.
